Vanessa Mdee, the popular Tanzanian artist went live and spoke about her disability. Being a public figure, she saw it fit to make it known to her fans and also encourage and give heart to those who might be having the same problem.
The Arusha-born artist, opened up on her Instagram Live about being unable to see properly with one of her eyes. The Mdee Music-owner went ahead and said that she got a problem in 2015 that affected one of her eyes hence making it blind.
Since Vanessa moved to the USA, she officially stated that she had quit music and is focusing on other things. Earlier this year, her boyfriend Rotimi proposed and they have been engaged for about 4 months. We are yet to see more projects from her. Watch her video on Bongofive Instagram
