Miss Trudy has emerged to fame through her YouTube vlogs. She focuses on travel videos that often aim to educate her 270k subscribers on the various cultures we have across the globe.
Being that many have already climbed Mt. Kenya, she took to the challenge to be the first female YouTuber to climb the tallest mountain in Africa. Mt Kilimanjaro at 5895m high, proves to be quite a step higher in comparison to Mt. Kenya at 5199m.
The climb took a total of 7days with stops that enabled the body to acclimatize. Obviously, the difference in altitude levels is something to note.
Miss Trudy took this challenge with her boyfriend, Ghana’s Wode Maya. A fellow YouTuber with over a million subscribers.
Having met through the YouTube platform, the two have proven that love knows no borders nor cultures. They have managed to do many firsts together including visiting different countries like Liberia, Gambia, and others.
